Call for Papers (Oral/Poster Presentations)
We are pleased to invite teaching faculty, research scholars and students to contribute original research papers to the upcoming National Conference on the theme “Recent Innovations in Green Science and Technology for the Betterment of Environment”.
We welcome submissions in the form of innovative ideas, concepts, practical experiences, and research that explore diverse perspectives, emerging trends, and practical solutions aligned with the conference theme.
Submission Guidelines:
Abstract Submission
The abstract should be approximately 300–350 words and must summarize the main ideas, objectives, methodology, and conclusion of the paper. It should also include 5–6 keywords relevant to the research. The abstract must clearly mention the title at the top, followed by the name of the researcher, designation, current affiliation (where they are working), email ID and contact number of the corresponding author.
Full Paper Submission
After the acceptance of abstracts, full papers must be submitted before the given deadline. The full paper should be approximately 3000–4000 words and include the title, abstract, introduction, objectives, methodology, results and findings, conclusion, and references. The paper should be written in Times New Roman font with a font size of 12 for the main text and 14 for headings. The content should be justified, with a line spacing of 1.5 throughout the document. The content should be comprehensive, well-structured, and aligned with the conference theme. Papers submitted after the deadline may not be considered for presentation or publication.
Presentation Guidelines
Accepted papers will be presented by the authors during the conference. The presentations will provide an opportunity for researchers to share and discuss their work with peers and experts in the field.
• Oral Presentation
Selected papers are to be presented in the form of a PowerPoint Presentation (PPT). Each participant will be allotted 10 minutes for their presentation, followed by 5 minutes for questions, answers, or discussion.
• Poster Presentation
Participants opting for poster presentation are required to bring a poster with dimensions 4ft x 3ft (length x width). The poster should be clear, well-organized, and visually engaging to effectively convey the research.
Publication Opportunity
Selected high-quality research papers presented at the conference will be published in the form of a book with an ISBN number.
